constant noise limited dining
The room i was assigned felt smaller than depicted in the online photos. This was disappointing! furthermore, i noted considerable noise disturbances from above, apparently caused by furniture being moved frequently. i reported this issue to reception multiple times, yet the disruptions persisted. finally, the advertised restaurants were consistently fully booked, limiting my access to the all-inclusive dining options i had anticipated. This reminded me of a significant drawback.

friendly staff prompt arrangement inclusive package really good service
The staff were friendly. Their attentiveness.!! I had requested special room deliveries for baby food, and everything was arranged promptly. The all-inclusive package includes everything, so there were no hidden extras. I felt welcome, thanks to the really good service from the team.
I could not reserve the a la carte restaurants more than once a week. The quality of the non-a la carte restaurant wasn't great. This was a SLIGHT disappointment.

The room was very clean at all times. This is a sea front resort, so there was easy access to the beach. The hotel room and facilities were always well kept.

The location directly by the sea allowed me to enjoy the soothing sound of the waves. The hotel provides AMAZING views, giving every guest a fine vista. The beaches are easily accessible from the hotel.

There was a great choice of restaurants, each offering excellent food. I booked through the app, so it was quite easy. They have a variety of vegetarian and vegan options.

Heavenly Holiday
heated pool beach location attentive service
The main pool was warm and inviting. The hotel's location on the beach was ideal with ample space on both the beach and terrace. Service was attentive and the staff showed true kindness. The food stood out, especially the buffet, with great vegetarian and vegan selections. The Greek dishes at Agreco farm and sushi at Asia White were amazing. Other guests were quiet and respectful. I awoke to the sea and horizon, an amazing experience.

The hotel had direct beach access with plenty of space . A heated main pool was a welcomed addition. The child-friendly resort included free parking across the street from the hotel, very convenient for families.

The family apartment is the only room type available with two bedrooms at the resort. It includes two separate sleeping areas, providing additional privacy. I am booking a stay and can't find the option for an infant. How can I request a baby cot?
